Agreement By using REBUILDIT you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. What REBUILDIT does We are a platform that introduces clients to independent service providers. Providers are not our employees. The work itself is an agreement between you and the provider. Bookings and payment • Prices shown are those set by REBUILDIT for the service listed. • Where a deposit is required, your booking is confirmed once that deposit is received. • A job is complete when the client confirms it. Only then is the provider credited. Cancellations You may cancel a booking that has not yet started. Deposits on cancelled bookings are handled case by case — contact support. Provider obligations Providers must hold the skills they claim, arrive when agreed, and do the work to a reasonable standard. Accounts may be suspended for repeated complaints. Conduct Do not use the platform to harass anyone, post false reviews, or arrange work off-platform to avoid fees. Disputes Raise a dispute through the Help section. Our support team will review both sides. Liability REBUILDIT introduces you to providers and is not liable for the work performed. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act. Changes We may update these terms. The current version is always the one shown on this page.
