We do not store your card details — online payments are handled by our payment provider. Why we collect it To create your account, match you with a provider, take payment, resolve disputes, and contact you about your bookings. Who we share it with • The provider assigned to your booking sees your name, address and phone number, because they cannot do the job without them. • Our payment provider, to process payments. We do not sell your information to anyone. How long we keep it For as long as your account is open, and afterwards only where we are required to keep records.
